Welcome Mr. Rudewick, the new Superintendent of Rotan ISD Mr. Rudewick began his career in education as a Math teacher and coach at Copperas Cove High School. After 7 years at Copperas Cove, he and family moved to Eldorado, TX. He was a teacher and coach in Sonora for one year before taking a position at Eldorado. He spent 7 years there, coaching and teaching for a semester before taking over as elementary principal for the following six and a half years. He then spent the last year and a half at Lake View High School in San Angelo, TX. Mr. Rudewick received his undergraduate degree from Howard Payne University, graduate degree from The University of Texas at Arlington, and superintendent certification at Sul Ross State University. Mr. Rudewick is married to Clara Rudewick is a proud father to four children, Sofia, Michael Jr (Dash), Eli(EJ), and Cinthia(Cindi).

4TH grade spent some time with the Sophomores today in Science class. The HS kids "taught" the elementary kids during Chemistry today. Thank you to Mrs. Garza and Mrs. Larson for getting these groups together! Such a great experience!!
